Jacuzzi in JVC – Soak, Soothe & Recharge

I had an amazing Thai massage experience at The Wellness Haven Spa & Massage Center in JVC. The therapist used authentic Thai techniques that truly stretched, energized, and realigned my body. The combination of no-oil massage and assisted yoga movements was exactly what I needed after a long day. Every stretch felt purposeful and deeply relaxing, helping to release tension while improving flexibility and balance. By the end of the session, I felt calm, refreshed, and completely re-energized. The ambiance was peaceful, the staff were professional, and the overall experience was exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for deep relaxation and a genuine Thai massage experience in JVC. ✨ Will definitely visit again!

First time visitor and I loved everything about this spa. From the entrance, the ambiance, the cleanliness, the music and the very best Ms Azriah who was my massage therapist. I did a combo of deep tissue massage and Thai massage. Very good for people who want to relax muscles tension and also do a bit of stretching. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking to visit

I booked this spa based on its high Google rating and deeply regret it. This was one of the worst spa experiences I have ever had. When I arrived, the hammam was completely cold. It was not prepared at all. Despite having an appointment at 1:30 PM, the therapist arrived after me. As a result, I had to lie covered in soap in a freezing hammam. It only became warm after about 40 minutes — which is unacceptable for a paid service. The loofah used for scrubbing was dry and extremely rough. It felt like sandpaper. I asked the therapist to be gentler, but she barely understood English and ignored my request. My skin was literally damaged. Instead of apologizing for their poor organization, they complained that my session took “too long” — even though the delay was entirely their fault. They also demanded full payment at the very beginning, which now seems like a precaution in case customers want to leave or complain later. The massage was average at best. However, they applied a strong heating cream on my already injured skin. It burned intensely and caused severe discomfort. It was painful, not relaxing. This place completely failed at the most basic level: preparation, hygiene, communication, and customer care. A spa is supposed to help you relax and recover — this one did the opposite. I left feeling stressed, sore, and angry. Honestly, it felt more like a place for torture than relaxation. Do not be fooled by the rating. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this spa! We booked a couple massage with Suliani and Rina, and they were both extremely professional from start to finish. Their technique was excellent — the pressure was perfect, and the entire session was incredibly relaxing and soothing. The atmosphere of the spa is calm and peaceful, making it easy to fully unwind. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made us feel comfortable right away. On top of that, the place is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and professional massage experience!
